Orders are placed through our online ordering system, provided by ICR Touch, with payments processed securely by Dojo. By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that payment is made at the time of ordering.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Collection
Strathnairn Beach Cafe is a takeaway and outdoor café. All orders are for collection only. We do not offer delivery. Your order will be freshly prepared and ready for collection at the time indicated when ordering.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Full allergen information is available on request. Our kitchen handles a range of ingredients including common allergens and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have a severe allergy, please speak to a member of staff before ordering.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once food preparation has begun. If there is a problem with your order, please speak to a member of staff at the point of collection and we will do our best to resolve it.
